Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stitch and Spiral. Every order is carefully packaged with love and attention to detail.


Processing Times

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Made-to-order and custom items may take longer depending on workload and the complexity of the item. Estimated processing times will be listed where possible.

Processing times do not include shipping times.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted postal and courier services. Shipping options and prices will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Orders: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on destination

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays may occasionally occur due to postal disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, or busy periods.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Stitch and Spiral is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may be required before the item can be resent.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, Stitch and Spiral is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.

If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at stitchandspiral@gmail.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.


Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

Stitch and Spiral is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and help resolve it.
